1. Digital Products / Online Courses

All digital products and online courses are non-returnable and non-transferable.

Refunds may be considered only if requested within 7 days of purchase, and if less than a certain portion of the course has been accessed.

Once the course is substantially accessed or completed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Live Coaching Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Missed sessions without prior notice will be non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to coach availability and must be requested in advance.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification of the returned product.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Processing of Refunds

Tracking details will be shared for physical shipments once dispatched.

For digital deliveries or coaching sessions, if you don’t receive confirmation within the stated time, please contact us immediately.
