1. Delivery Types

  • Digital Coaching Programs, Online Courses & Resources
    Delivered instantly or within 24–48 hours after payment via email or member’s portal access.

  • Strategy Sessions & Live Coaching Calls
    Delivered online (Zoom or similar platform). You will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite once your booking is complete.

  • Physical Materials (Books, Workbooks, Merchandise) (if applicable)
    Shipped via reliable courier partners across India. International shipping may be arranged upon request (extra charges apply).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Digital products & sessions: Processed immediately once payment is confirmed.

  • Physical products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days for domestic orders.

  • International orders: Delivery may take 7–14 business days or longer, depending on customs clearance and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges & Taxes     

  • Domestic (India): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • International: Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

  • Digital products & sessions: Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST, based on prevailing regulations.

4. Tracking & Support

  • Tracking details will be shared for physical shipments once dispatched.

  • For digital deliveries or coaching sessions, if you don’t receive confirmation within the stated time, please contact us immediately.

  • Support response time: within 48 hours.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, courier delays, customs, or natural events) may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.
